LEMON BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST BREAD

YIELD: Makes about 8 (1-inch) slices

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup powdered sugar (or more, if needed, for thickening)
